This is but one horrific example of the tactics used by the Federal Bureau of Investigation to stifle legitimate dissent and violate the civil rights of political groups that the administration dislikes. Along with the anti-war movement, the Nixon White House targeted the civil rights movement for disruption, using on-campus informants to infiltrate and in many cases to disrupt legal protests and activism.
This coloring book, which was purported to be from the Black Panthers, had actually been rejected by them when it was brought to them by a man later revealed to have intelligence connections. Not to be troubled by the fact that the Panthers found the coloring book revolting, the FBI added even more offensive illustrations, and mass mailed it across America. It so infuriated the white population that they stopped listening to the legitimate grievances of the black people.

Wang Xiaobei performed the stunt with a car weighing more than a tonne in Jinan, Shandong province, where she lives.
She attached one end of a heavy rope to the car and wrapped a handkerchief around the other end before biting on the rope.
Mrs Wang said she had been practising feats of strength with her teeth for more than 30 years.
She has previously managed to carry a 25 kilo bucket of water with her mouth, and also a bicycle.

I did it because of a dare.
There are many great resources available to small, budget-conscious independent game developers today. On a public forum, in a counter-rant, I expressed this fact by bragging that if you gave me a week, a fresh install of Windows, and a good Internet connection, I could build a halfway decent game with no budget whatsoever. No, it wouldn’t be able to compete with Halo 2 or anything (if I could create that kind of game in a week, I’d quit my day job), but it would be reasonably amusing and playable.
